We, Yongshang Cable Group, have specially invited a team of safety experts to our company to conduct training for our staff, explaining safety knowledge, raising their safety awareness and how to put it into practice in their future work.
Safety and production are interdependent, the construction process must ensure safety, not safety can not be produced. People often say: "safety promotes production, production must be safe". This is the truth. We, Yongshang Cable Group, always believe in this truth. We establish the concept of "everything gives way to safety, everything serves for safety", insist that safety is the sky, safety first, and put the policy of "safety first, prevention first" into practice, so as to ensure the healthy development of safety production.
Because of its importance, we invited a team of safety experts to come to our company to train our staff, explain safety knowledge, improve staff's safety awareness, and how to put it into practice in the future work.
Influencing factors
(i) Production process and production technology.
(ii) General equipment and facilities and special equipment, energy isolation, machinery protection and other equipment and facilities involved in safe production and their inspection and testing;
(iii) Buildings, structures, flammable, explosive and toxic and hazardous production and operation environments, as well as production and operation-related neighbouring environments, sites and meteorological conditions.

(e) The development and implementation of safety production management system such as production safety system, operating procedures, education and training, on-site operation, emergency rescue and other safety production management system.

Troubleshooting
The production and operation units shall carry out regular production safety inspections and investigate potential accidents in accordance with the requirements of the hidden danger inspection system. The main person in charge shall organise and attend at least once a quarter, the safety management department shall organise at least once every ten days, the workshop shall organise at least once a week, and the work group shall organise once a day.
If there is one of the following circumstances, a special inspection should be carried out:
(a) The laws, regulations, rules, standards, and protocols related to the unit's production safety are formulated, modified or abolished;
(ii) Significant changes in equipment and facilities, processes, technology, production and operation conditions, and the surrounding environment;
(iii) The need to resume work and production after suspension of work and production;
(iv) The occurrence of production safety accidents or dangerous situations;
(v) Where the departments of the people's governments at or above the county level with responsibilities for production safety supervision and management organise special rectification activities for production safety;
(vi) Significant changes in meteorological conditions or forecasts of possible major natural disasters that pose a threat to production safety.
Here, we check the safety of the equipment every day before we start work to ensure that we can produce safely, and also turn off the power after completion, we will also regularly replace the old equipment, and in the future, we will also have a weekly meeting about production safety, to implement, safety first, preventive measures.
